The spiritual growth of the Church, and of the community known as church, is seldom thought of as an important ingredient in our lives.  The truth is that without spiritual growth the Church, and church community, would soon diminish.  Spiritual growth is vital to our lives.  We must water and nurture our spiritual well being, just as we water and nurture our gardens, our children, and our own lives.
