Sit and talk about what you heard.
Silently perform a washing of the feet. This is reverent and solemn. Parents can wash each child’s foot or children can wash the feet of one of their parents.
When finished, pray the Our Father together. Share a sign of peace.
Kneel and pray the Act of Spiritual Communion.
Make the sign of the Cross. Try to have a few minutes of silence, remembering Jesus's Agony in the Garden.
